I'm near at that age that you have mentioned and I can really tell that the struggle is real. Doing my best to avoid those things and as much as I can it's getting harder since we're all just staying at home.

I think many parts of the body are intentionally and unintentionally made lustful... No one place causes the lust alone.
     I believe if you stare at the lustful parts mistakenly and start thinking about the parts or allow them to dominate your thoughts, the lustful feeling will start increasing in your body. I can imagine that you'll be attracting "evil spirits of lust" to yourself if you continue to think about the images.

So, staring into the eye of a lustful image that is staring back at you in certain ways could heighten your imagination... and you could start attaching the image to other lustful images in your head. You may even start seeing different hidden/unseen/lustful forms on the face/body of the lustful image.

It's better not to think about such images or start imagining lustful things if you stare at them by mistake. Just forget them immediately. If you can't, then you need JESUS to help you. Most people without JESUS can't resist thinking about such images. You need JESUS to dwell in you and protect you from the power of such images... And HE can only dwell in people who accept HIM as their SAVIOR, repent of their sins, start reading HIS words constantly and obeying them

That is an interesting idea and probably feels really wierd at first. I already learned at an young age to look people into their eyes, not doing so would be impolite, and we don't want to offend anybody. Where else would you look instead? If you have watched adult films (I don't recommend them atall because they are evil) you will notice how ladies are made to stare at the camera while smiling or behaving romantically. I think that is deliberate.

Sex has rules guiding it. The problem with sex is if you do it outside of marriage you'll be breaking the rule. The rule is from the MAKER of our body who understands us far more than we understand ourselves.
The rule is for us to remain virgin and avoid sex till marriage. You only share your body with those you will be bonded permanently with. Only death can break the bond.

Lust is a normal reaction of humans. For a married like me, I am loyal to my husband. Temptations are there but as moral being, we have a mind that thinks what is right and wrong. Ofcourse, it's not possible to be truely free from the evil spirit of lust without believing in JESUS CHRIST and getting baptized. People controlled by the spirit are under the power of sin/satan and only GOD can free them from that power.
