Interesting way to resist sexual lust

Yes, it really helps when you take the first steps towards independence from sexual desires. And the importance of this is greatly diminished in modern society, which dictates sexual propaganda. The most dangerous thing for any person (that controls us) is fear. In second place after fear is lust.

A mature sane person must overcome this inner beast, because this beast is always selfish and greedy, it only destroys everything.

Lust is a terrible addiction. Even if not addicted to sex, one can be addicted to porn and masturbation.  It is not healthy like any other addiction.

Well I think lust is a useless emotion. They are around us everywhere, from our childhood. We are with them in schools, colleges, they work with us. It's normal to have an attraction towards them, but doesn't necessarily has to be a secret one, it's open, attraction to them is open secret, specially when they are nicely built and beautiful. On the animal level a male human can get one or two women pregnant every day from age 13 to age 43 or even 50 then slowly taper off with age.

So as a male designed with a body that can do this managing the urge is important.

I know a guy with 23 kids. One wife and 19 pregnancies.

I would say he had a lustful relationship with his wife.

I also don’t think is was clever of him to make this many babies.  But I guess he wanted to fornicate and his wife let him.

At 30 ,35,40,45 it was more difficult.

I'm near at that age that you have mentioned and I can really tell that the struggle is real. Doing my best to avoid those things and as much as I can it's getting harder since we're all just staying at home.

I have no plans of getting more than I have, one is enough. I can overcome this struggle and if others did, then me and the others who's also dealing with it can.
