UTC 1st block with the lower reward.
Closest pick wins. Before or after. Does not matter.

Thread will be locked @ about 17:00 (5PM EST) on Monday the 11th as I leave work so you must have your pick in by then. That is EASTERN USA TIME tomorrow. Entire thread will then be sent to archive.is or similar to preserve it. 1st come 1st served. If you put in 23:24:25 and then someone else puts in the same time the earlier post wins.
If 2 picks are the same time away. i.e. block is at 22:00:00 and someone picks 21:59:00 and someone else picks 22:01:00 we have a
