Yep, I think it's quite safe to assume it went down due to the number of people trying to open it as were just hours away from the 3rd halving. I mean, the website's daily traffic just went parabolic since the past months, probably couldn't handle the spike in traffic for such a seasonal website:

Looks like Binance's is now down too. Well, hopefully in 5 hours there'll be at least 1 site still running to look at the countdown from If not, I guess live block explorers work too!
