Why is the link in the original post leading to a page about welcome bonus for egocasino on casino-landing.com? Who do you represent? If you're representing the casino itself, then why is the link not to your official website? Then their link leads to 1.egocasino1.com, but how about simply egocasino.com and 2.egocasino2.com... I saw your reply explaining that it's for tracking purposes, but IMO it's quite confusing and disturbing. For instance, someone can now easily create a website 3.egocasino3.com where one 'logs in', but the scammers instantly copy the data, log into the real account on your website and steal the money...
And strict KYC procedure is not welcomed within the community, of course.

Considering them as a so called "well known brand in the affiliate world" doesn't change the facts - they are promoting sites that steal innocent players' hard earned money and legit operators should not work with them for exactly that reason and not "support" their poor business ethics. Not having paid for that review doesn't mean you don't have a business relationship with them - paying affiliates for traffic is exactly the same.

I believe all depend on the regulation of the casino.
