I made a deposit to that site "coinbet.cc" last night like the fool that I am. It has been 12 hrs and still no sign though after 90 confirmations. Anybody know if coinbet.cc has been exposed as a scam?? I emailed there support and this is the respnse they sent me:
""Hi,
We are contacting you regarding the deposit you attempted to make through Coinbet.cc recently. It seems that BlockChain are experiencing problems with their API at the moment, and so for this short period we have to make credits manually.
We apologise for this problem, but as it is at BlockChain, we are in their hands right now.
However, in order to alleviate any delays or other issues, we can address any deposit you have made.
Could you please provide the following information, (for security, so that we know it was you who made the deposit):
Amount deposited (in Bitcoin):
Address payment was sent to:
Thank you, and we apologise again for the current situation. We hope that they will be able to address it quickly.
Regards,
Customer Support (Tech)""
ANY BIT OF REASSURANCE ABOUT THIS CROWD WOULD BE HELPFUL.
Thank you all.
EDIT: I am in and playing but not alot of options regards sports betting really and my post was only a question and was not in any way saying the site is a scam but merely asking about it because I hadn't seen my money arrive first.

Not a scam per se (could be, but not sure). However websites that entirely rely on blockchain.info's API, instead of having their own full node + blockchain to send and verify transactions, seem like a very bad idea to me. The whole idea of Bitcoin is to be decentralized. Not to rely on other 3rd party websites.

Yes, I agree. I attempted to withdraw the funds now the moment they showed up (through bitcoin again) and they said it may take up to 24-48hrs for it to be processed. I don't see the benefits for this site unless they can take the aiting game out of withdrawing your funds, that's the issue with regular online bookmakers. I withdrew because the initial 12-13 hr wait for it to go in was too long and had me worried so until the site gets more popular I may just stay away I hope they can change some of these things as it would be great site for those wishing to use up some btc instead of cold cash.

CoinBet.CC is NOT a scam. And I understand you are worried about your money but do not call someone a scam because of some delays. And they did respond to you, so you should perhaps wait? "and so for this short period we have to make credits manually." You are not the only customer of CoinBet.CC. If API was down, imagine how many transactions they needed to confirm manually? A lot! Coinbet.CC have a lot of customers... And I am sure your deposited coins will be on your account asap if not yet.

"Do not call someone a scam because of delays" Well if you had read my post you would have been able to see i DID NOT call it a scam! I asked the question, was it a scam, not said it was a scam. Big difference in my opinion?? My money has arrived (you would've seen that too if you'd read my second post) They don't give ya much options well. There's no mma betting, half the boxing events they have listed will not even be happening! Poker seems to be non existant, although they have it listed?? Once you press poker, you are asked to sign in again and once you do you are just directed straight back to home page, no poker! Shame!!

I made a deposit there a few days ago. None of the games would work. Then I couldn't access their site for a few days because it said restricted, even when I used Tor. Now I can get to the site but I can't log in. Not saying their a scam but they kinda suck sometimes.

Ya, they'll probably take time to get in motion but if they had full listings like all other betting sites thay would do good. For example, there is no horse racing to bet on. This is the main thing bookies in the UK make their money from. If they want the site to thrive they must have it up IMO. There's live roulette tables and the like but i'm not a fan of those.

I would of waited for blockchain to catch up to post this, but if blockchains transaction is showing, then its in the process of going through.
You just have to wait.. as some transactions outside from this site takes 5mins - 1 hr.
Also blockchain has been up and down for maintenance, but you shouldnt worry.

WARNING!!!!
Do not play on this site unless you want to GIVE AWAY your btc!!!
Started playing on this site almost 24 hours ago and only deposited a small amount around 100EUR. I played for a solid 12 or 14 hours different games and overall, my bets accumulated to over 10,000 (from roulette an some from sports betting), and surprisingly enough, i'm not eligible to withdraw anything until I bet alomost 90,000EUR more at the tables.
This site is the closest thing to a scam I have ever seen!!! I wouldn't like to see somebody who has lodged big money because you will literally NEVER be able to withdraw from the site!
For example, If someone lodges 500EUR, you get 125% free with that (just to take away your ability to withdraw) and that works out at 1125EUR. So, to withdraw anything you must spend either 27,000EUR in slot machines (where every site is most rigged) (or) 108,000EUR in sports betting (25% of all bets in sportsbook) and then you have casino games, where you only get 5% of bets towards your goal, so you will have to spend 540,000EUR in the casino to be allowed withdraw.
Their terms and conditions don't explain half these things to people and they are a shower of cowboys, STAY AWAY! And as for the guy on this site "coinbet". He avoids answering the question you just ask him by talking other rubbish!
SOONER COINBET.CC IS SHUT DOWN THE BETTER!!!! SLY, DIRTY DOGS!!!

It is strange and I do not understand you Evoc.
CoinBet.CC has got many players from this forum and you are first one who have any problems.
I do not know what you want to say, but you don't need to bet 500k euros like you said to withdraw. It is bullshit.
As I sad. So many CoinBet.CC users around and they can deposit and withdraw with no problems. I think you are telling us a bullshit.
if you have any problems just contact their support and funny thing is - so many experienced users from Bitcointalk were playing there, and nobody post any problems ...
So... why for you is different?
PS. LIKE IN ALL CASINOS - IF you want to withdraw YOUR BONUS - yes you need to turn it over many many times - LIKE IN ALL CASINOS! So I don't know what is your problem but I suggest you to read terms anre rules before you claim any bonuses etc.
So many happy CoinBet.CC users that I know around. And only you unhappy.

Dn't patronize me ya clown ya. I had bet almost 10,000EUR all day yesterday. I would have had to play for weeks to be eligible and that was only a small deposit bonus I was trying to cover. As i said, anyone who deposits large here first deposit will be screwed. YES, 540,000EUR is how much you have to bet (ON CASINO GAMES). This is how much I worked it out I wouldv've had to bet to be able to withdraw while playing casino games, you SCAMMER!! It says in terms and conditions 5% of bet money goes towards this! When I contacted support, they emailed and told me it was 1% -2% so don't be talking shit to me about it you fool... DO NOT BET ON THIS SITE, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE WITHDRAW!!! I tried to with draw a small amount yesterday (AFTER BETTING ALMOST 10000EUR in CASINO) and it kept cancelling, cancelling and cancelling. Emailed support and they avoid the question totally. THIS IS 100% SCAM that just appears to be legit. Don't be fooled people they're a shower of thieves with their tactics. They say read terms anc conditions yet they tell you different than terms say when you contact them! Can't wait to see ye shut down!!!

You should post in their thread
I wasn't able. I'm guessing because of my low post count. Support cease to reply once you ask (in detail) about the 25x deposit+bonus. They also stated it's 1-2% on casino games after their t&c say 5% on their site. Either way, the site itself is manipulating people and you'd want a mathematician with ya while you're trying to understand the bloody thing. I asked about withdrawing my original deposit to get the hell out of there and the guy tells me, "oh your actual deposit money is used up first, ahead of bonus, so you need to bet 25x your deposit + bonus" So then I go and bet almost 10,000EUR throughout the day and email again to be told only 1-2% of my bets are gone towards it. So that amounts to 200EUR. Work it out, it's absolute bobbery once you go through all the terms and conditions. Wanks!

Here's the Blockchain.info official response, just to clarify that they WERE having issues: CZ (Blockchain) Mar 20 14:52
We are still fixing a few issues with the API. The funds are not lost. They will either get to the destination or be returned. Please wait for a bit. Sorry about the inconvenience.
----- CZ | Blockchain & ZeroBlock Support Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/blockchain Twitter: https://twitter.com/blockchainAs far as your other issues, you do realize that you don't have to take bonuses right? They are 100% optional and if you get one upon deposit, you can ask us to remove it if you'd like. So, basically, everything you're saying here is false. Rollover requirements ONLY apply to bonus funds. Also, if you haven't spent the money and wish to withdrawal your funds and waive your bonus money, you can email support@coinbet.cc to request this and it'll go through right away. All withdrawals occur within an hour or two, if not instant. You were told 24-48hrs because of the Blockchain problems, which are no longer occurring, so we are back to normal speeds. Also, I believe the Blockchain API issues are corrected now and deposits are showing up immediately. If anyone else has any issues, or a deposit that was not credited, just email the TXID and blockchain link to support@coinbet.cc and it will be credited immediately.
