What does it mean to be a perfect healthy person ?

Is this going to be another one of those science-denialist threads that ignores the fact that healthiness is a continuum with no clearly defined upper bound and so there are always ways to improve it, and instead argues that the lack of any absolute standard means that the whole concept of "health" is meaningless and we should therefore just sit around eating chocolate ice-cream all day?

Because that's not really the best way to address the perceived shortage of healthy people. Undecided

Short answer: Yes.

Long Answer: Yes.

(plus merit for laugh)

Not sure exactly what the purpose behind this thread is, but I'm assuming it's just OP attempting to advertise for their Web Dev, Web Design, and so on work that people could buy from them. So pretty much just a sig spammer with no guaranteed money. I'd rather not hire someone who just constantly spams on this forum, so I doubt it'll work.

being healthy is usually be able to perform normal daily tasks without being hindered by a biological issue.

if your daily routine was to run a marathon but you cant now because your obese. then your unhealthy
however if your normal routine was that you never have or will run a marathon.. but just to run to the burger van on a lunch break. and you can still run to it even while obese. then your healthy for your weight.

its only when it hinders your natural/normal daily routine should you really care much about your health.
and if your really smart. you should spot the early signs before it gets to that point so you can prevent getting into that state

eating a fatty burger is not unhealthy.. because part of a balanced diet it does not harm you. but eating only burgers where it gives you 'fat sweats' and problems going to the bathroom and makes you sluggish.. then its unhealthy diet

I DO NOT TRADE OR ACT AS ESCROW ON THIS FORUM EVER.
Please do your own research & respect what is written here as both opinion & information gleaned from experience. many people replying with insults but no on-topic content substance, automatically are 'facepalmed' and yawned at

Have you noticed that doctors always find something wrong with us no matter what we do ?

What does it mean to be a perfect healthy person ?
There is no perfect body, every living thing keep evolves from time to time so it can't be perfect or we can draw some guidelines and say this is the perfect body's ratio. If you can be able to do everything on your own then you are a healthy person.

It is normal to find a sickness after each test, the body system is not perfect. Something must be wrong one way or another, Varying from how you think, and stress your heart that may result in high blood pressure to how a body can be infected by not washing their hands properly and staying indoors So the doctors as you said to know all this, that is why they are doctors, if you are sick you meet them that is when you are unhealthy but it is unhealthy to meet a doctor when you are not experiencing any symptoms in your body system. Because the doctor will find out a new sickness in your body that may kill you. why? Because you are hearth broken and think a lot of what the doctor just told you.

There is not any way to be a healthy person 100%.
Even if you try hard in order to keep yourself healthy, there are the inherited genes that are coming from our parents or grandparents that they send us problems that occurred in the past to them or they carry them from the past.

Of course doctors will find something wrong with you. Healthy people don't need to go to doctors.

I don't know if you already knew this, or if that sentence was just sheer luck, but you can actually suffer from heart failure secondary to a stress inducing event, which includes such things as being told you have cancer or some other life threatening condition. It's called Takotsubo cardiomyopathy, also known as broken heart syndrome.

A healthy person is one who dies immediately following taking a breath of fresh air. How can he be healthy and die from that? Because fresh air is so full of toxic chemicals, that a truly healthy persons's immune system goes into immediate overdrive to the extent that it kills him.

We are so lucky that our polluted, diseased, barely-active immune systems are so weak, that unhealthy as we are, they let us live for a while, in all the pollution around us.
