It is always to control the emotions while playing online at home where normally you don’t have any pressure yet I won 400 Eur yesterday and lose it all in just a few minutes as I raised the bet heavily trying to get that jackpot.In a physical environment it is even more difficult to contain the pressure so probably lose a lot there compared to playing online although even in online gambling pressure can get you.

This will be the edge of the noob and a pro gambler. In physical casino specially in games where mind and emotions are belong, pro player tends to be a poker face. Why? Because a small guts or even a smile can be a hint for your opponents. That's why I think most of the noobs are defeated in mind games. Pressure should not be felt in my opinion, gambling for me should be fun, exciting and enjoyable. Pressure and stress takes place only when you have put so much in beyond your bounds.
When we play, we should have that limit. If you lose, atleast you haven't lost that much.

If I also feel that it is not my lucky day to play I will just stop to control the losses. But of course there are times that you are enjoying. I can't stand talking to people when they ask me how I am doing? What is happening, some even ask me something I can't really answer like hows my cousin or my nephews. Maybe I don't belong to physical casinos or live casinos but there are some people that actually told me about this and the pressure is usually offline than online.

If you play physical gambling its not easy to control ourselves because of our eagerness to win specially if we know we have an extra money to spend. Thats why having self control is necessary so you are not pressure to continue playing even your opponents are still on the game to play. Its not embarrasing to stop if you lose your set money to gamble, you are just a discipline gambler and knows your limit.
