I have some old Twitter accounts, these accounts were created from 2011 to 2016, they do not contain any followers and therefore there is no benefit from them except the date of creation.

I don’t know what is the reason for using a middleman service, but my account is worth much more than the sales amounts of these accounts.
Generally, PM me about the accounts you want and the prices, I have sold most of them. Only have no followers accounts (old creation date.)
If the price you offer is appropriate then may use that service, I have searched for it and it seems to be legal^[1].
