Can't we just move to the new forum, instead of asking for new elements to be added on this old-forum? Its been so many years that the forum has been under development, so it only makes more sense.
Is there an ETA for when the new forum is to be fully out? I see the github commits on the discord bot, but other than that not much
It's not that easy just to migrate to Epochtalk. ETA will be determine by the users, see the below quote. At the moment there are a few running forums with Epochtalk and one of them is supported by Cyrus team so if anyone want to join and help with bug hunting is very welcome here >

In short: If you want the software quicker, go run your own forum with it, and work to get any problems or missing features you find resolved via bug reports, etc. This would increase public interest, provide much-needed testing, and I might even hire you to work on bitcointalk.org when we're ready to do the final transition here.
Even that I don't agree 100% with theymos on that, for me it will be easier to hire a proper QA and do the job for a month or two instead of dragging this project for years and years, I'm trying to help with it when I have time, like everyone should do.
