Although taging newbies isn't much effective for attempt buy account but I have left him negative feedback, so others could learn from it that buying account isn't a wise decision. Its seems that users seriously looking to buy an account even out of this forum.
I don't know why peoples encourage to buy account where they could build an account with little efforts. Nothing is impossible, just need good intentions.
Still the same reason, used those bought accounts to scams or people are too lazy to create an account here and rank it up because of the implementation of the merit system.
Sooner or later bought accounts are going to be discovered, as posting habits are going to change and obviously, this is a clear sign that it's no longer on the control of the original owner. Then getting neg tag which makes them useless if the intention is to join signature campaigns.
