A simple way to detect a binary transmission

01100010 = b
A       B
0  =  0
1  =  1
0  =  1 
1  =  0
0  =  0
1  =  0
0  =  1
1  =  0

1  =  1
0  =  1
1  =  1

Let's say we have radio transmission A  could be just a tic tac of a clock  or a heart beat we get: 4 4 4
Now we are tuning in to transmission B now we get 3 5 6

So what we learned is that:  something that repeats it's self is not binary
123 123 123 is not binary
4524 4524 4524 is not binary

4256 4157 4256 4789 is binary
2 4 7 4 5 4 3 is binary


How can i  can i make a radio telescope to listen for this types of signals ? i am a noob in electronics

I am not sure what you talking about. But since it has got to making up electronic device like radio telescope I have someone who can help you with this.
