Pulled this out of storage during a cleanup session about 3 weeks ago and set it up to test:

No pictures it's at the DC and unless someone wants it it's not worth the drive to take pictures. But if you really want I can get some.

Unless you have free / almost free electric you are going to loose money running it but you can quiet it down a lot and make a space heater out of it for next winter.

The hash board #0 seems to be dead. The A741 consists of four hash boards (two per a power management unit board).

Yeah, that board is quite dead.
But for $50 + shipping + whatever you spend on a power supply you have a 750W (give or take) space heater that mines @ 4.2T.

I will include the RPi controller and the AUC and cable.

Between the RPi, the AUC and the cable that's as low as I am going to go.
I can scrap the miner and sell the other stuff for probably $25+ so
