Bitcointalk.org is a forum to discuss about bitcoin, it's technology and use. It's a place to share your experience and problems and get solutions from the like minded people. The forum itself doesn't provide any monetarily reward for using it. Hence, there are no balance here to withdraw.

There are external parties that do host some bounties here where you can directly consult with them to get reward from that party itself.

You don't. This is not a platform with a built in wallet. You use your own wallet if you want to engage in some business here. This is also not a forum that rewards members with its own token.

First of all, bitcointalk is a forum where you can share your knowledge and also learn many things about crypto technology. You can't withdraw any balance from bitcointalk forum. You can earn crypto here by participating in campaigns, offering services and using the skills that you have that is useful to some people. Note that you should not make the forum as a form of earning crypto platform.

Imo, this is a good reply to answer the OP questions.
I still don't understand, why lately there are same questions often arise from new members, mostly question about how to earn money from forum. And usually they have same patterns :
- Create a thread & asking question (mostly) about how to earn money from this forum
- After asking question, OP will suddenly offline and never respond to our reply.

Well, it sounds familiar to me. If I am not mistaken OP perhaps referring to the other forum that paid members by posting to the forum and there is no clear content of the entire forum discussion because everyone making spam post for the sake of the profit they will get. Well, --Bitcointalk forum is different from the other forum.
Learn first before thinking about what earning you have. Indeed, hopefully all things make clear if you will follow the suggestion above of my post.

is this regular? i can not believe that someone is doing that, but if that is the thing, it should be criticized and marked with negative trust, since it is some kind of scam, when you create fog and try to discuss with themselves

Where and from whom have you heard about bitcointalk and sounds like he/she told you that bitcointalk is purely a place to earn.

I don't know, because there is no way how you can prove this, unless you have IP logs of user or other proofs which let to connect accounts. There was some discussion about it in past, but I can't find it now, but I completely agree, it derserves red trust.
Maybe it's not that big problem now, but in prime times of bounties some people had whole farms of accounts and they made lot of spam replying to their own made topic.

I may have only posted a couple of dozen times, but this new user just doesn't seem like a true newbie.  As a couple of others have pointed out, the OP is probably an established user but I would wager one or some of the first posters in this thread might be the OP using more established alts posting knowledgable answers in the hope of merits, or at the very least giving the appearance of giving a knowledgeable answer.

Lurk across the different boards especially in the Services section (I presume that's where your main goal is). But here's a friendly advice, don't be hasty. Interesting you provided. yes, it is really possible to do by someone like that. because basically from 10-15 days we are faced with such questions every day. IF not and if the person would real newbie then why they do not ask the same question where they heard about this bitcoin talk forum.

And since the newbies are only postin such question from their first post and there is no IP tracking way in this forum then how we can identify the person who is doing this kind of shady job?

You need merits to rank up, you need to post useful contents before others give you merit. If you have 2 merit, 1 smerit will be given you which you can send to another member. And if you rank up and be a full member, you can join a signature campaign that pays you in bitcoin but there are some bounties that pay you altcoins if you are off lower rank but most are not profitable.
And, this forum is good for contributing expereince and knowledge because if you are just here for me, you will be frustrated.
