So in order to participate in the program one has to pass level 3 KYC and then get the referral code and send it to friends who then also need to do the same like going through KYC procedure in order to get $0.4 worth of shit token! Something tells me it is more than just about believing in your payment gateway because this team could have arranged rules like storing various coins and spending those through the wallet so the wallet could get traffic. Nah, all you need is people's confidential information. Looks scam to me even though I have heard about Hupayx but still the intention is screwed up. People should be careful about this before submitting their personal data.

The issue here was for $0.4 you want people to do a level 3 KYC. It might be $0.4 by now then it will make a dollar from shills and then you'll gone and it makes the value goes to zero, we never know, you never know as well.
