for how many projects that end up scam you can find in the Scam Accusations and Reputation section, there's no way I wrote all the scam projects in this thread. You can immediately see it there
There are many catches of scam projects I think many people continue to look for scam projects so that not many are victims and on average they are plagiarism whitepapers, fake teams and also ponzi schemes.

I'm interested to know about the names of bounty projects that ended in scams ..
because this is a lesson for all of us as bounty hunters ...
can you write down a list of projects that you have participated in and ended up with a scam ??
1.
2.
3.

If we count from today to next year, the list of bounty projects that ended up as scams cannot end. The true question is HOW MANY BOUNTY HUNTERS HAVE LEARNT, AND DO NOT PROMOTE SCAM PROJECTS ANYMORE?

Until we deal with the problem directly, the scam projects will continue to show off. Bounty hunters should always do researches, don't just join and promote projects; find out their cause, and clear all scam doubts.

I am adding one more project DigitalBits XDB which did not pay the rewards to the hunters even after 14 months and run away, The token is trading but the XDB team is like scammers.

I second demotion with you my friend, many bounty hunters are torn apart because of this DigitalBits that never paid their promoters for year that clearly just making promises to us hunter who helped them to achieved marketing success during those days that they are not well-known yet. All participants did the KYC twice just for compliance to the XDB team, yet they lied again for not paying hunters. This shows XDB team cannot be trusted at all and they lack of transparencies.

but you forgot to add three more projects that have experienced scams, namely Diagon, Orionix, and Auditchain.
Auditchain and Orion are long dead. even their telegram group is now a den of spam and is no longer managed by the admin. Likewise, with Diagon, it looks like managers are very active but after the campaign is finished it seems they left this project without clarity.
A lot of similar projects, they joined this market in 2018,2019 but died shortly afterwards and left the market. I still remember a lot of other bounty like Datablockchain, Icoinqlab, Mobu, Soar ... those are scam projects that just want to get money from investors.

1. Contents Deal
2. Xpetroleum
3. Product protocol
4. Bitagro
5. Dago mining
6. Mainfinix
7. Inmining
8. Inzura
9. Eureka
10. XERA exchange
11. Xblock
And many more..
Above projects either turned out as scam or did not pay bounty hunters.
The fact is the scammers responsible for all these scam projects are still available in crypto space today, they never left, they are responsible for creating scam projects continuously, we need to be more careful with new bounty projects

Yeah you are right. As long as there are people or investors keeping their in crypto currency and as long as the blockchain technologies keep on evolving they will keep on making scam projects in order to feed on their desire for them to have luxurious life even if comes from stealing someone's hard earned money.

Last update of XDB team on telegram channel, they said 94% of hunters are "activity was unlawful and against policy"
But if you guys search hashtag #XDBSCAM/#Digitalbits on twitter or facebook, you just see some posting about these hashtag.

The list might be uneding if we are to continue with it. Majority of those projects had nothing genuine to offer that other existing projects can't do. Some of them exited after listing on exchange why some didn't even list at all. I hope we reach a time when scam project will be a thing of the past that it will be so difficult for any new project to come and scam anyone.

the longer, the more projects become scams. I just hope that the project can be minimized. At present, there have been so many projects that have become scams, even so, many have been forgotten. In fact, there are some projects that are still being developed long ago and do not have a market, I do not know whether such projects should be included in the project scam list or not. Well, because of that, we have to be very selective in choosing projects so that the activities of the project scam are reduced.

There is no ending of scam projects the scammers can turn back again, they can create another project to scam people. It is better to research first so that you know if the project is a scam.
Indeed, scam projects wont die scammers will just create another project that looks like genuine to fool the investors/bounty hunters. We just need to be more careful now and learn from our past mistakes. The one that I remember is Caratz. I participated in Caratz.io and we were left hanging when the manager pause the campaign after few weeks of advertising it, its a bad experience really.

Bounty hunters are also to blame for "scams" because you fill every social media outlet with fake reactions making people think the project is good all because of greed for a few tokens.

There is no ending of scam projects the scammers can turn back again, they can create another project to scam people. If we list the scam projects since bounty section created it would be a long list. It is better to research first so that you know if the project is a scam.
The list of scammer projects will increase indefinitely since the bounty thread is updated daily, the bounty hunter community has declined since bounty fraud has polluted the bounty board.
I guess if the topic starter has actively updated the thread and there will be more one hundred bounty that created by some projects. Even some trusted projects have fooled its promoter like tokenpay and another project too.

unfortunately the list of ico's that have become scams in the last two years is almost infinite, maybe is better to do the reverse thing first a list of ico's / projects that have been successful lately...

This is informative and I am sure people will get to know more about some of these projects that ended up scamming many people of their own money. However, I still think it will be better if we make a big list and save this as a pinned message in this board. It will go a long way to inform some folks about how some projects can pose as being professional yet end up scamming people.

looks like it will be more useful. but a list like this is also important to show the community in this forum to be more careful in choosing projects. there are more scams than successful now.

for the whole or detail I can't say everything, but I still remember that the project was promising but ended up with deception especially like Miracletele, Dexage, Orionix, DRIFE, Bamboo, Hivenet, EZ365 etc.

When more than 95% projects are scam, then why do you need to check the list of scam projects? Instead look at the successful projects and how they operate everything to have an idea about good project.

This is rather unfortunate, especially for people like me who may be unable to carry out due diligence before embarking on a bounty. Something really needs to be done to help salvage the situation.

It may not be surprising to hear that bounty hunting is no more, because several people would get discouraged after working so hard for several weeks or months, only to be find out that the project isn't willing to pay for the service.

Some hunters have already confirmed if they were receiving their money but this project has become exit scam when it has already traded on exchange site.
The rest that you have mentioned already become exit scam projects with zero results.

This is the reality that most bounty hunters are facing. Instead of looking for scam projects, you can only count those which are quality and valuable projects. So it is really not surprising to see countless exit scam projects and hunters that are discouraged to participate in these campaigns.

You're right! Can't be more desperate when you dedicated all your hard-workds and receive nothing. However, that's the risk bounty hunters need to take. Personally, I try to avoid wasting my time and my works by doing really careful research before joining in any bounty campaigns. That can't guarantee me anything, but at least it can reduce the risk!

Did EZ365 turned to be scam? They seems so promising and their bounty manager was as strict as hell. Their idea was not new, but the effort team put in promoting and participating here and there was huge. Last thing I've heard of them they were selecting an exchange to get listed. One thing that have sneaked from me - amount they raised.
