Personal RM 750 Corsair PSU safely secure two R9 280x to mine? Also be connected a HDD 7200Rpm, 1 comb 4Gb Ram, AMD simple.

Agreed, even un-modded it should safely run them. From memory I believe the R9 280X's draw around 250-300 watts each depending on overclock out of the box when mining. If you flash the BIOS with the voltage mod you can get this down further to ~200-225 watts each. In either case you should have plenty of headroom with only two cards and Corsair is a solid brand. I have plenty of them running 24/7 while pushing them close to their capacity with no problems yet.
