AFAIK if you look for high liquidity, you can find OTC desks for high volume deals, these are supposedly decentralised unlike normal exchanges but I don't think you can guarantee anonymity if that's what you are primarily aiming for. Alternatively,you can try decentralized exchanges (DEX) where you can have fair amount of anonymity but you mostly won't find very big liquidity, see what works for you.

Are you selling for fiat or do you just want to trade the ETH/BTC pair? If you just want the pair then you can use many exchanges which don't require KYC however keep in mind there is a limit to how much you can withdraw. With Binanace I think its 2 BTC per day or so. However keep in mind that the coins can't be tainted. So if you send some stolen coins to Binanace they can keep it under review while they investigate. If it turns out to be stolen then they will most likely confiscate it.

If you want to trade OTC with fiat you can't do it anonymous, you will need to submit KYC since you are going to involve banking and there are anti money laundering laws that need to be followed. OTC is generally very good if you got high volume and want to not trip any trades on the spot market which can show "interest" or "disinterest" in a specific coin which could alert the retail market of some whale either buying or selling a crypto coin which might make you get front run.

But it's still currently possible to do. Do a small trade in LocalBitcoins. Look for someone who can trade up to the amount you want, they advertise it, then trade for a regular amount and ask for his/her mobile no., or email address. Next time you tell him you want to trade in person.

I think we can trade OTC through the current major exchanges like OKex, Huobi, ... It is actually simpler than the way we transact through forums because the forum is just a place to exchange knowledge. There is no guarantee that trading through a secure forum is possible. Therefore, we often obey the laws of nature.

There is some trusted escrow that OP can use. And probably going in batches is better than doing an all-in trade. IIRC, some of them manage more than 10 BTC deals in the past so maybe it's worth doing that. Of course, the fee is another matter. But it's probably a price you need to pay if you look for anonymity.

That would definitely be a possibility, that's true. Regarding the anonymity you mentioned, the Trade BTC <-> FIAT is the least of my concerns. At least here in Central Europe, proof of where the money comes from is required at the latest when the FIAT is to be transferred to an bank account. In the EU, with AML 5 and the new money laundering guidelines, a lot has happened here since the beginning of the year:

in particular, the AMLD5

• introduces strict enhanced due diligence measures for financial flows from high-risk third countries
• ends the anonymity of bank and savings accounts, as well as safe deposit boxes and creates central access mechanisms to bank account and safe deposit boxes holder information throughout the EU

AML5 is one of the reasons why European stock exchanges and brokers (Bitpanda, for example) now require proof of where the BTCs come from even for small BTC deposits (< 0.1 BTC) ... I am not sure if OP is from the EU or not, but if he is, trading the coins for FIAT will be the lesser problem.

OTC is an exchange between fiat money and BTC or ETH. exchange local services only offer as low as $ 30k - $ 40k at a time. But if you want to trade with large volumes, you should use Huobi global. Although Binance also has OTC service, users are not as crowded as in Huobi Global. you can buy and sell at a better price there but have to do KYC with a high level.

Escrow is also offered by renowned members here in the forum. For such offers there is a separate section in the service section where you can post your request for an Escrow. You ill get answers very quickly I think. You can then choose the Escrow according to your requirements. For me, for example, one requirement would be that it is a renowned participant (eg. not a newbie account) with a very high trust rating.

As far as I know there are also "professional" escrow services that offer their services there, but I personally have absolutely no experience with that.

For larger amounts, it's better to trade without KYC/AML, and trade in person, and actually having built a trading relationship with that person in my opinion.

Plus OKex, Huobi are third-party security holes, and can censor you.

Yes, some exchanges offer this service especially Okex because of the high demand from users who care about anonymity too. Outsides exchanges , i am sure you can find on bitcointalk and telegram As well but as usual, the risks is totally dependedent on you since its 100 percent peer to peer

No other way but MEETUP. There should likely deal with you at your nearby location.

OTC isn't fully anonymous especially if you are using a third-party service.

You could try the finding your countrymen on the forum itself and post about the exchange and make a deal face to face. ETH to BTC shouldnt be as hard as fiat to BTC. There are good escrows on BTCtalk who have been serving for over 6-7 years with impeccable feedbacks. You could try them out, if the face to face doesnt work out. Its best to split the transactions into portions. It could be tedious but for safety reasons, its a better way to trade. Good luck with that OP and do let us know how it goes.

Proper OTC means there's a broker in the middle of the transaction who matches buyer to seller.

That means that unless they're insane they are not going to allow an anonymous transaction. I guess there are those brokers who seem to be on Okex and Binance who have laundered the money from every crypto crime ever carried out but I wouldn't know how to find them or trust them.

What is a large amount? Binance allow 2 BTC in withdrawals a day without ID, though they can rescind that whenever they want.

Some may suggest decentralised exchanges but hardly any of them are and hardly any of them will have anything above volume that's comatose.
