Well we all know the headline from The Times that was included in the Genesis block, but I’ve been researching when bitcoin first appeared in the actual newspaper .
The
first mention of bitcoin in The Times appears to be in a 20 page supplement called
Raconteur. This was included in the Times on
7th December 2011The supplement is entitled
The Future of Payments and the there is an article titled
Paying: but not as we know it by Stephen Armstrong , which talks about bitcoin.
