There are so many crypto trading platforms already but only few of them are really trusted ones. But as a start, is this trading platform legally registered to operate as a crypto exchange? Where are you legally registered? Since you have KYC requirement, I think it is only fair to know the legalities about your trading platform.

It's really hard to raise above all other exchanges because there is so much of them. For me the biggest concerne is a very big difference in the token price during the IEO stages. Price at the last stage is 12x greater than in the first phase. I think that's too big difference. I would never buy token for $1.20 if I know that someone bought it at $0.10 during the same IEO. True, there is a lock up period. But if I buy at the last stage for the price of $1.20, someone who bought at the first stage already have 60% of the tokens unlocked.

Because if the platform is solid and you can see that it is promising, you only need short time to raise funds.
The drawback of long duration of crowdsourcing, is that it is not attractive to potential investors, it is like they don't know when will they get their money back?
Because those long months, a lot can happen, and being a failure for the project is always imminent.
So trusting your funds on them for long term is really not looking good.

the pricinpical problem is that people do not think to investigate the project team members first to see if they are really people capable of materializing what they are promising. secondly, people do not carefully analyze what the project intends to offer. people delude themselves and the project will collect a lot of money in a short time and after months the project will be dead and investors will be at a loss

yes I also think like you, and I realize things like this, and throughout history I did not find this kind of sales, and all is not that easy it all needs a gradual process isn't it
