If this is a real danish company someone can surely confirm their claims.

It seems too good to be true IMO.

Even without the reddit links... An FPGA miner mining sha256d @ 360 Th/s with a power draw of 550 Watt.... Scam

An ASIC outperforms a FPGA, that's why everybody stopped using FPGA's to mine BTC a long, long time ago.
Bitmain's latest ASIC (antminer S19 pro) hashes @ 110 Th/s with a power draw of 3250 Watt. No way an FPGA comes close to these numbers, let alone outperforms it by a factor ~20.

The only reason I see to use an FPGA is the one that you would like to change cripto and alghoritm because one could be more profitable than the other on a specific day/period.

A specialized machine won't neìbe flexible enough but I agree that performances cannot be higher.

That's true, but it doesn't hold for POW algo's for which ASIC's have been developed. This specific scam miner claims to outperform ASIC's for the sha256d POW algo and the scrypt POW algo, that's simply impossible.

If they would have come up with realistic numbers for ASIC resistant POW algo's, they would have had a strand of believabilety, now they do not.

EDIT, i've just read their FAQ, this is a prime example of the quote "if something is to good to be true, it usually is"... Wow
Beside from the fact their FAQ is basically avoiding all "difficult" explanations as to how on earth they succeeded in making a FPGA so unbelievably performant, they also claim following (absurd) things in their FAQ:

  • They'll cover S&H... To my knowledge, that's the only miner company that's doing this
  • They'll cover the custom's fee... Really?
  • 7 working days delivery time... Wow
  • The product is completely plug and play, you don't even need physical network sockets, wifi will do
  • Everything is in stock, it'll be sent right away... That's a first...
  • Covid-19 doesn't impact the delivery time
  • They have a very complete warranty
  • The miner doesn't mind humidity... Apparently
  • 10 kb/s minimum network speed...

Even if i had no other info, based on this FAQ alone, i'd still call this product a scam...

Anyone knows and use https://www.*ScamSITE*bithull.com/ ?

Reading specs it seems very powerful...

But, never judge a book from its cover... :-)

BR, P.

Why I am 100% sure this is A SCAM!
1. on the website it is presented as a legal entity knows as: BitHull SA

2. business operates in Denmark as per this (own) site of theirs: https://www.SCAM-bithull-SITE.com/about/

3. any danish business can be checked on DBA - Danish Business Authority for free here https://danishbusinessauthority.dk

3.1 go to Central Business Register ( CVR ) - it starts in Danish but you can select English.

4. looking at https://datacvr.virk.dk/data/visninger?soeg=bithull%20sa&oprettet=null&ophoert=null&branche=&language=en-gb&type=Alle&sortering=default we can see that any variation of the name brings 0 actual registered business. You do not need to know Danish to realise something stinks here by now.

If you want to be smart ask them to send you a unit to test and make a video of it running. Under a contract, of course.

DO NOT GET SCAMMED!

Your money ... is only yours ... if you undertake your own due diligence.

Please edit link from your post so that vulnerable people with no financial acumen do not get tricked ...

EDIT:

More proof that they are a SCAM: https://www.reddit.com/r/Denmark/comments/gmlkuh/help_can_someone_please_confirm_if_this_company/
