I've been using subscriptionflow, Xero and Zoho Books. I also sell it.

You're looking for subscription flow or Zoho books. I didn't like Freshbooks and Wave's limited features. For tickets and sales I'm already using Zoho so it was meaningful. It's all you want to do. It incorporates Authorize.net (a payment gateway with which most processors integrate), Stripe, Square. All emails can be customized completely.
