What does the mail said? There must be something you are doing wrong, p2pb2b exchange has no problem with whoever you are or where ever you are from, although the exchange is pretty bad, fake volumes and watched trades are present but their KYC works with no issue

It looks like OP needs to upload a new picture that used a better camera to make sure his picture is visible enough to be used as verification.
OP, have you tried to take a new picture using a better camera to get HD resolution for verification purpose?

That would be the the first thing to do. But P2PB2B has been infamous for freezing user funds without any issue. Blocking and asking for KYC for a small movement of coins is a red flag to start with. Try sending them your real good quality docs but if they persistently turn it down, start a scam accusation. But I hardly believe that would yield anything.

Please take photos of your documents clearly, and resend them again. If the exchange still denies it then most likely they have scam and do not want to let you withdraw money. Like what people say, the P2PB2B exchange is a scam exchange and a lot of people have lost money there.

The body of the messages are omitted. However, p2pb2b exchange is used to be one of the scam exchange and a lot of bad reputation against them. You can remove the thread into scam accusation to get a reply from them although expecting a reply is unusual.

I have never had course to use p2pb2b exchange before, because i just do not like the exchange, its not impressive enough for me.
But from the pictures you uploaded above, you just have to find a better camera to take the pictures, or have a friend help you with that,

if exchanges would be ranked with the amount of daily fake volume.. then I think p2pb2b exchange would take the lead followed by latoken.. but I dont think they have any problem with kyc and UI

He needs to withdraw money from that exchange, so he needs to pass KYC to be able to withdraw money. And I agree with you, they are a lousy trade. Hope OP can withdraw money and stay away from this exchange as far as possible

Yea p2pb2b is bad but he already make deposit on the exchange, now it's all about getting his tokens or coins out by passing the KYC verification, it's a must, as a first timer anyone can fall for bad exchange but now he will learn

I used to be KYC at this exchange, everything is very easy. Just send them clear and true images. I believe they will accept KYC within a few hours. This Btw exchange has a lot of complaints from users, so we need to restrict this exchange usage

Sending documents to verify for KYC in shady exchange is very risky. You might think that it as last resort to get the coins back but with such shady owners you never know , they could be abusing your documents that were submitted or selling them along with other's documents in somewhere else.

OP can still try though since it is the last option but I wouldn't recommend since there are lot of risks around it since it is proven as shady exchange.

It says that your KYC hasn't been approved because the documents you sent can't be read, maybe you can resend the scanned documents, indeed if you take a picture I often get blurry pictures too.

P2PB2B is a really bad exchange, you should have do some research before using that exchange, it has very long histories of bad reviews from users and new projects too, it's full of fake volume, once you are able to withdraw from the exchange don't ever use it again

And with the picture you have uploaded, they said that next time you must be polite but that's not the case. It's the image of your ID for KYC is unclear to them, they want you to send a clearer copy.

P2PB2B is a very funny and crazy exchange, because my friend also had problems in giving his KYC, even all of his documents were rejected by the exchange, even though the documents he gave were all genuine and in accordance with the rules they made.
