Interesting thread. Honestly I've never ever seen a "bitcoin accepted" sign anywhere in the Philippines.
Any list of shops accepting btc payments in Manila?

EDIT
I clicked on some of the links in the OP and almost all of them are associated with promotion of scammy coins such as xrp, bch, steem, "yolocoin" whatever that is.
SAD!

I have a negative opinion on XRP. But, even if I put that aside, we cannot argue that XRP is a highly volatile speculative asset. Now why would you push this rubbish to hard working shop owners who have possibly poor understanding of cryptos? This is irresponsible and counterproductive, it furthers increases the divide in the country between us crypto people and the 99..9% of the rest who understands jackshit of it all and is very susceptible to jump to conclusions like "crypto is a scam". Wouldn't argue with that if what they refer to are XRP BCH and yolochain.

Everything starts from small beginnings.

I can see that pictures in the past as well, looks like an old photos but we should be happy with that as they support bitcoin and it will be a big help for adoption. In the Philippines, there are only few who really accept bitcoin, good thing we have coins.ph where we can easily convert our bitcoin to fiat, but we lose some value though which is going to their income.

I just hope bitcoin will be accepted soon, but with the big fee we are witnessing now, it might take some time or we might need some 3rd party to middle and to make the transaction affordable to everyone.

A third party making txs cheaper? This is downright nonsense.

Angkop talaga to sa small businesses.

Worth it nga ba?
Maganda 'lang siguro ito if your business is placed in the heart of a city or in any urban areas wherein marami (sa tingin mo) ang may knowledge at hawak na cryptocurrencies.
Although, it is still good to put up signs and banners just as what OP has shown para at least ma curious mga kapitbahay mo as well as your costumers.
Does it really have to depend on the business location? Sa tingin ko hindi. Importante yung location to determine whether kikita ang business o hindi pero wala naman kinalaman dyan yung mode of payments nila (fiat o bitcoin). Kahit langawin pa yung wallet, hindi naman malulugi ang isang negosyo dahil it doesn't cost anything aside from internet connection to set up an online bitcoin wallet.

In a businessman's view, a possible  additional group of client is worth the effort.

If it's an online shop then, sure ako, worth it ang pag-accept ng Bitcoins or any other cryptocurrencies for that matter.
Less hassle at secured pa 'yung payment.

It's not nonsense, because if people will adopt a lightning network, transaction will be faster and cheaper, and I consider it as a 3rd party.

Do I make sense now?

You're referring to second layer technology then, not exactly a third party but yes, that could significantly cut fees. Current state is unusable though for the masses, impractical.
My view is that bitcoin is not intended to be for dust transactions. There's fiat for that.

Still, transfers through lightning only possible for hundreds of $$$ I guess +200$, and not even possible for a thousand, and it needs lots of improvement. Using segwit would help for fees though but still, it takes lots of fees transferring larger transactions (by size) and amount.

I'd be honest here. I'm a frequent traveler from Manila to Southern part of Luzon in the past 10 years and I never saw any shops/small business that accepts or transacts with Bitcoin.

Ako rin, I never see anything similar sa mga ganiyang store. Well, the opposite could happen as well.
Nice catch pala sa mga nakakita niyan. I wanna visit such store, and to ask na rin why they do accept crypto as a payment out or curiosity.

I really admire those people who include cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and others as mode of payment, kasi it gives us a chance to tell people hindi lang fiat currency ang may value, may value rin ang mga cryptocurrencies. Kaya kung mabibigyan sana ng chance na pati ang mga big players sa business ay magkaroon rin ng pagkakataon sana, hopefully after all this minor economic mess caused by the pandemic, ay magkaroon na ulit ng renewed trust sa cryptocurrencies at maging mode of payment na ulit sila.

For now, I think these are still rare cases. But putting up businesses promoting use of bitcoins are definitely overwhelming.
Sticking to this means they have faith in cryptocurrencies' future.

Sana may iba pang platforms na magaaccept bitcoins and other cryptos.
