Honestly, I'm not a team or developer from this project.

According to their ANN, they already mention if PhoenixDAO is from Hydro project. But you're not wrong, PhoenixDao is plagiarizing almost 95% from their old project. With this proof it shows how unprofessional their team to create a new project. Since I don't find any accusations against Hydro project in this forum (haven't scam anyone yet) IMO the right title is "Warning" rather than "Scam"

Im also seen this introduction of PhoenixDaO, its confirm its an affiliated or we can say a rebranded project of Hydro. I also feel this is just another scheme to create hype. After making so much money, now they will shift to a new project that will probably attract hype investors. Im not reviewing yet about the new launchwd project, but it almost same with hacken that rebranded their proejct to hackenAI. I cant fully say its a scam but can be described as a good exit method.

Yes, they are from the Hydro project but as a community, not part of the team. I don't justify them if copying content almost completely (they did not even link the source links) from the previous WP project even though the core developers had stopped or left. This seems like it wants to "take over" or "bury" a previous project.

So there is the clarification, this simply means even Hydro team does not allowing them to used their resouces whitepaper for this. Obviously this is not really a good way to adopt a project concept. They just plagiarized the content that the owner is not agreed to.

I dont want to think that Hydro team just letting this community to do what they want or maybe they will gonna support this project too knowing their hydro project is almost near to a dead project.
