The options above would only work if you you had a Malaysian citizenship, but since you don't and you're just traveling there... I would suggest to use LocalCryptos or Paxful, since LBC no longer support in-person transactions.

If you're going to Kuala Lampur, you can check these BTMs. There is no mention for the fees, but I'd expect them to be high (probably somewhere between 5-10%).

As an alternative, you can also use a bitcoin debit card provider and then transfer the funds to your card. Usually they're Mastercard/Visa card so most of the time any ATMs in the world support them. Some services that I know of is Crypterium and Advcash. But you'll need to do some KYC for them though.

This is what also I can suggest to OP, find ATM's machine that near the place where OP goes. Through the Bitcoin machine, you didn't need to have KYC verification upon selling your Crypto to cash.
