You will goto https://www.althash.org/ and play a Quizz in a DAPP through this token if you give the right answer you will earn BURQ Tokens. Our DAPP will be released in last quarter of 2020

Also this token will be used for Al-Quran Online teachers. Call centers and Individuals who are teaching online to students abroad and within country will be able to use this token to get their honorarium.

What about the team information, I haven't found it yet, is the project team anonymous?

They have stated "Team will be always shown on website and updated every time when new members come and others go." but I don't see anything about that, the team is anonymous not doxxed. "Will be always shown" but it can't be seen, that wasn't another joke, is it?
