hi all.
sorry if this is not the right place for my topic, help me to know where to ask if it is.

i am working on my thesis, which is using blockchain to digitize land registry and connect with taxes authority.
so, i have to do a comparison between existing solutions, and put my model, to show the added value in my work.
i have search for any paper that compare designs or models of blockchain solutions to land registry, but i didnt find.

can anyone help me, please.
thanks in advance.

As an alternative, maybe you can find a general blockchain comparison paper which can show you the speed, security, decentralization, etc. And from that point you make it on your own on finding which one is best suited for the land registry.

That being said, there is general paper over the internet that talks about this topic. Maybe it might help you out.

Bitfury is the company that actively works on developing blockchain technologies. National Agency of Public Registry of Ministry of Justice, Georgia signed a new Memorandum of Understanding with Bitfury to implement blockchain technologies in this section and not only there.
So I guess it will be better to read similar articles, I'll link some of them:
1. https://bitfury.com/content/downloads/11_9_17_bitfury_presents_united_nationas_harvard.pdf
2. https://www.mitpressjournals.org/doi/pdf/10.1162/inov_a_00276
3. https://www.oecd.org/corruption/integrity-forum/academic-papers/Georg%20Eder-%20Blockchain%20-%20Ghana_verified.pdf
4. https://medium.com/bitcoinblase/blockchain-application-land-register-georgia-and-sweden-leading-e7fa9800170c

There are some informations from napr about this but that's not in English language. Still I hope that provided information will help you.

If there aren't any, then it's up to you to complete the first.

You're asking quite an arbitrary question that may not have been answered before. I can't imagine that anybody else has produced a thorough review and comparison of the different blockchain solutions for land registration.

A quick Google search doesn't pull up anything that seems to match what you're looking for.

That said, if you really want help, I suggest asking this question on Quora. Some people there will put in crazy amounts of research for generic questions, so they can pretty much do your research for you.
