Also, all BlockCard users are entitled to earn 6.38% back in cryptocurrency rewards on all BlockCard purchases. You can spend $100 or $100,000 and earn 6.38% on all merchant purchases.

What is the advantage of blockcard to other who's similar on this?and what is that TERNIO?

1. Users can earn 1% back by staking 30,000 TERN all the way up to 6% back by staking 145,000 TERN.

2. BlockCard users (existing and new) will be entitled to earn 6.38% back in cryptocurrency rewards on all BlockCard purchases.

3. The card allows users to transfer crypto to their account and then spend that crypto in card form at any location that takes major credit card providers.

BlockCard is only open to U.S. residents at the moment. European availability later in 2020.

Does the reward from staking and purchases the same which is 6.38%?

Once your stake is complete you can start spending and you will be automatically credited back on all of your purchases.  If you stake 145,000 TERN (at a rate of $0.008) and spend $20,000 on BlockCard, then your stake has paid for itself.   

$20,000 * 6% = $1,200

145,000 TERN * $0.008 = $1,200

You will also earn TERN rewards on your rewards.  This means you can take your $1,200 in TERN and spend it on the card, yielding another $72.  Anyone can create an account, but currently, only US citizens can get the BlockCard.  A banner on their website also said 31 European countries would be open soon for the card.

The one feature of this blockcard that caught my attention was the 6.38% of rebates or back rewards. I have never seen this as big as this kind of rebates from any other staking card and it will definitely make block card more conventional.

Yeah it is a big ease for its user having such a big rebates for every staking or purchase made I have never seen that kind of offering from any other crypto Debit Cards out today in the market and BlockCard will be the first one.
