There's a vacant 10,000 sq ft data center for sale/lease in Columbia Falls, Montana. It was acquired as a part of a larger acquisition. It was built as a single tenant facility by a large timber company that used to be in the area. Technically the data center meets all the standards for a Tier 3 facility other than it only has one power company serving it. This is compensated by an oversized back up generator. Any thought's on good places to advertise it to this community?

You can promote it in the forum if you edit the description to something related to bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. The data center can be used in several fields. In a crypto community, i think it's important to describe the advantages of your data center for a crypto user and how it's profitable.
If you want to promote it in order to sell or lease it, then you are in the right board and you have to add paiement methods and garantees.

That makes sense. This data center is a vacant so it doesn't have any servers but there are empty racks.....move in ready for someone locking to do some intensive mining. All the elements are there including redundant cooling, oversized back up generator, and some office space. Entertaining offers for leasing or purchasing.

To make the lease as favorable as possible for the tenant, the length of lease can be negotiated at 3 year, 5 year or 7 year terms. Monthly lease amount will vary depending on term length. Please note this data center is located in Northwest Montana, USA. The previous owner experienced 10 years with 100% uptime. Thinking this location and uptime would be ideal for a larger Bitcoin miner looking for low cost, reliable, power and all the rack space they need.

You might want to consider doing the following things as well:

Add the following tag to the subject field of your thread: [WTS]
Add photos of the data center ^{[write your forum name on a piece of paper and include that while taking each photo as well]}.

I don't think you are doing the right thing. You will need to add the following:

- Pictures of the place that display all the details and features.
- Calculate the shipping and operating costs and the electricity bill.
- Hiring a mining expert to show you the advantages of using your place + technical support between you and the customer.
- Provide some guarantees and legal papers about the activity in addition to legislation on mining in that region.
- Estimate the profits that will come from renting your place.
