This means he is asking for fake reviews and fake installs. Bluestack app installing was a common way to get fake devices sign up because these days, the app stores can detect multiple devices, so Bluestack can be used to spoof different devices. Using Bluestack together with VPNs is usually how all these guys fake it.

A real review is an assessment that is made after the user has experienced it, it is a rating based on each person. But here, a review is purchased, meaning that it is a review made not from many people, it only comes from one person, whether the application installed or not, it is still fake, it still does not contain the real information.
