Be careful and never believe rumors because they can cause you big losses. Satoshi is very famous and anything about him becomes important news, which is why you should check out several sources when you hear something about Satoshi Nakamoto

its well known that satoshis hoard was minded using a certain extranonce pattern
the coins moved recently were not part of the satoshi hoard.

it was another user.
other revealing things about the extranonce sequences is that nearly a dozen miners were active in february 2009
so it could be any of a dozen people mining early on that are still active today

Do you want an answer to know of he is still alive? Yes, but you can't get any. Satoshi, as he called himself went to hideout for some reason. Sure he might have BTC that he's hoarding, but don't think he'll be dumb enough to be the owner of the wallet that moved BTC some days ago.
