I have been reading these forums for months and still cant post! This is really ridiculous! I have never had an issue like this at any other forum since I started using PC's bout 10 years ago.
So when will I be able to post? Is this where I have to span meaningless posts till I reach some number that means completely nothing on wether I shyould be trusted or not? Id this is for security purposes then it really is pointless cause number of posts doesnt make this place any more secure than if I could post actual important and meaningful topics off the point of signing up an account here.

It is slightly onerous. It would be better if btctalk had an SMS verification system or similar. That way they could ensure one account per person and stop unwanted signups that way.

I know it is annoying for our new members but if you had seen what a concerted effort at destroying these forums did several months ago, you would support this measure as I do.
