Honestly, likely "no", but it depends.
It's more likely that I show resistance if the authorities starting to take away everything thing that makes life worth living.
If everything is gone and the authority starts slavery where I should get slaved, for example, why I should care about guns anymore? It's a question how much I still can loose and how certain it is that the remaining life will be a shitty one.
And nobody should ever mess with me if ... ... I discover that I'm poisoned, ie. with Colchicine - in this example, there's no antidote available and with 100% certainly deathly within a few days ... get a cancer diagnosis which is already in the critical stage ... <insert any soon-certain-deadly thing here>
I think a very important thing when showing resistance is not to harm anybody which is innocent.
