As i know deribit service was transfered to a new datacenter which is LONDON LD4
https://www.equinix.com/locations/europe-colocation/united-kingdom-colocation/london-data-centers/ld4/

That was shocked me,  few crypto exchanges are using physical machine, and the LONDON LD4 is the secure & financial one

If you are trading on Deribit, you can find a super fast way to connect Deribit.
https://www.beeksfinancialcloud.com/partner-deribit/

Use the VPS which is offered by beeksfinancialcloud will make your connect very fast and stable.
If you are doing hedge trading or quantitative trading, it would be your best choice !

What kind of limit? Do you mean how many requests per second?
