Wallet seed from 2014

Hi, there, i have wallet seed from 2014
One of the words are "interruptions"
Electrum wallet do not have this word now.
Where i could import my seed?
There are 19 or 20 words in my seed.
First word is "save" so im not sure it is included or not, thats why im sayig it could be 20 or 19 words.

If it is a BIP39 mnemonic code, the number of words has to be divisible by 4 3.
However, the word "interruptions" is not part of it.

Do you remember using your own wordlist (i.e. replacing the wordlist by another one yourself) ?
Do you remember which kind of wallet you were using ? Did you use a browser? Your mobile?
Anything you remember?

I have saved it as text file "bitcoin"
And i doubt this is my own words because i am not english speaker.

Never seen such a words in new seeds.
Wallet is from 2014 as i have saved it then.

it is from blockchain.info (it is changed to .com now). their system is the only wallet that uses this type of terrible words that look the same (like interrupt, interrupted, interrupters,...) and is incompatible with any of the mnemonic systems.

No, i havent tried to contact their support yet.
This is what should i do, right?
If yes, i will contact them. But i doubt they will reply me fast or they will reply me at all.

I still believe that's blockchain wallet. But It can be brainwallet too.
In a brainwallet you can use any random word.

Go to https://www.bitaddress.org/, click on "brain wallet" and enter your words. It will give you a bitcoin address and a private key. Then use a bitcoin explorer to check the balance of that address.

Note:
For your security, use bitaddress offline.

I still believe that's blockchain wallet. But It can be brainwallet too.
In a brainwallet you can use any random word.

Did that.
Both compressed and uncompressed address'es were empty with no transaction history :/

Even if i would give you all the words without correct order it would be impossible to hack it. We all know that, be sure i know what is bitcoin and how important is not to leak my seed.

This legacy recovery tool doesnt understand word "interruptions" and it makes me think it can be different wallet, not a blockchain.info

Just found another list of words for blockchain.info (See line 320)
I entered some of words in this list and didn't get the "unknown word" error. Seems that the recovery tool is compatible only with this list.

the way the wallet recovery tool here works is that it considers the first three words a checksum and they have to be from the v2 list and the rest can be from v3 where interruptions etc. are. if the first 3 are not in v2 it'll display that unknown word error.  so even according to their own rules the mnemonic is incorrect.

if you're certain the phrase you have is correct and you think there's enough money in that wallet to justify it you may consider hiring a javascript developer to help you decode this.

note you still need the uuid of the wallet. have you had any luck finding that in your email archives?

overall this is a mess and blockchain.info has really let down old users of its wallet.

edit: also not really an electrum issue. you may have better luck if you ask a mod to move it to the technical support forum.

Most of the answers above are wrong or incorrect regarding blockchain.com (info) seed.

The recovery seed you might have is not part of the private key or seed, as in 2014 blockchain.com (info) did not use seed to store your keys but rather your password to your account.

And each account in 2014 on blockchain.com (info) was generated randomly.

If you have a wallet that was later converted in 2015/2016 to a HD wallet all the keys from the pre-HD are were imported separately, but most importantly, the seed has nothing to do with your wallet address or private key.

What you have to do first is get your wallet ID, which should have been mailed to your inbox when you created the account together with a backup of your wallet called wallet.aes.json

If not try the reminder page together with all your emails you had in 2014, they will send you the wallet ID

lastly, the thread should be move from electrum to whatever fits best, but its not an electrum question.
