Title says it all. It's a 1B (original) with the 26 Pin GPIO shipped to you for $25 in the US.
I know there are a lot of older miners out there that use them and they can't work with the newer 40 pin GPIO. So if you like playing with old equipment then this is for you.
Just the RPi in the case. Nothing else is included.
