Hello all,
Cryptocurrency is becoming legal in my country, Albania. The government will make some laws to regulate the crypto in my country in September (god knows what).
Is anyone here that can give me any businesses idea? Or our gold time will be over after that?

I think this is fully depends on your countries rules and regulations about crypto market. Govt may fully open cryptomarket in your country or can make medium level so that there may be some restrictions. So better wait for govt rules and then take your decision as there are many sector for business in crypto market like exchanges, project development, social awareness site as new to your country..etc.

he said is going to become legal so it means it is still on beginner level add in the fact that crypto will also be regulated he qouted too . that also means they are restriction  .  project development and social awareness are i think only part of an exchange business  because you are developing it at first and then you promote it so that people are aware with your business so i wouldnt count the two as a form of starting a crypto business  although it was a  form of job , they can hire people to work with it

   Pragna I can't fully agree with you, it depends on country rules and regulations, but even more it depends
from what you know to do, what kind of skills you have. You can have all rules and regulations, but what
that means if you don't have a skills to really do something?
   If you are good in something and that's illegal in your country you can move to another country where you
can make money with your skills. I think business idea depends more on what you know to do, than from
rules and regulations of your country!

I think we should first wait until September, when this law will be adopted, and study it carefully. No one can guess in advance what advantages the cryptocurrency will have in Albania and how it can be used in everyday life. I don't think it can affect the business in any way other than using cryptocurrency as payment for goods and services.

what is clear if a country legalizes crypto is clearly the mutual benefits that will be gained. as a crypto user there is no fear of doing any kind of transaction on crypto, while the state can receive foreign exchange due to the income that the crypto user gets. even the state can take tax on the results of each crypto transaction.

Coming to the point, you are searching for a business using crypto currency in your country. Many people here already suggested you to do business and you have got that idea from them.

I am suggesting something different that may help you to understand so many people to involve in crypto currency. Try for doing some campaign for your country by helping your govt. Firstly, try to seek that attention from the government the start it for the people in a limited ways. It will be appreciated by people also to involve with it. Then try to work with project and you will get help from your country people then.

The only business I know that you can do with cryptocurrency is the over-the-counter exchange. There are lots of people that do this business in my country. How it works is that they have their own exchange rates for both buying and selling. The extra money/fees they add on top every exchange they make is how they are making their gains. So, when you go to their office to sell or buy cryptocurrency, they will calculate it at that rate. Apart from that, I don't really know any other business that you can do with cryptocurrency. Unless you're just going to be accepting it as a payment like other comments here have suggested.

Take time to develop an end to end plans which covers all the things like problems and demand a business may face. When a solution is available in your document then you can easily tackle all situation over your experience. Good luck.

If your government-approved cryptocurrency as legal currency in your country, then you can get a lot of benefits from it. You can set up an e-commerce site where you can sell products locally and internationally. Add cryptocurrency to the site along with various online payment methods. Hopefully, your business will be good. Golden Time will come if you can start using cryptocurrency completely independently and gradually get the benefit

I guess that opening an exchange is a great idea when your country begins to legal crypto. The capital is not very huge and easily to maintain the work smoothly. My second idea is a payment gate which accepts crypto so that businesses and other people can use that gate to pay for whaever they want. However, this is more difficult because it requires many things such as policy, gorvernment approval, marketing, etc.

Personally, I don't believe that you could make a good crypto business if you hadn't one ever at all.
However, you could partner with an existing company - offering them to open some sort of crypto department (wallet/exchange or whatever), you offer exactly legal reistration of their department in your country where it will be legal at the time.

Another one that came to my mind would be crypto payment processor for online companies (or regular companies as well). You could have a website where people could pay with bitcoin anywhere they want, the seller will receive fiat like they always did, but the buyer will be able to pay in bitcoin. Being in the middle means you could charge a fee for it as well.

I do not think it could make millions of dollars without proper marketing, but if you can get it going, think of it like paypal but for bitcoin to fiat conversion for the business'. That way companies could offer bitcoin to whoever wants it, since they are getting fiat anyway, it won't matter to them what people buy it with, hence it could work for you. I don't know how hard it is to build something like that but I am sure its costly.

But be prepare with bunch of legal documents that you need to provide. 

I think this is also hard since you might be talking to someone that has no idea or no experience in managing an exchange let alone securing the whole thing. You need a team for that and that also means that you need a fund, a big fund to start that. If you can do it, if you can afford it then I also suggest or recommend this idea.

Thats good news for you since you wont be bothered since its already legal in your place.

Talks about what kind of business? Then it would depend on you on what are your interest on neither you would create a shop that do accept bitcoin or make p2p lending.

There are lots of business that you can think of, you can even integrate btc payment with traditional investments that we know for.

Since its being legalized then always mind of on how to pay up taxes.
