{ Imagine a sequence of bits generated from the first decimal place of the square roots of whole integers that are irrational numbers. The image shows Windows 10, so I think that Microsoft already fixes everything, including the bugs in the Windows 10. So they release the new update for Windows 10 to correct the problem. But I don't know what it means from that image.
