Where to create thread for buying BTC?

I want to buy BTC from the local users using this forum. We do not have a local board, we only have a single thread and it is impossible to continue such deal there. Now, when I thought to create a thread, it makes me confused where should I post.
1. I will only buy from Bangladeshi user for BDT (BTC/BDT)

Should I post this on currency exchange board or maintain a thread in other location board?

I would assume the currency exchange board. Users from all nationalities visit that section.

You have a Bangladesh exclusive thread and you might want to ask them with your matter. Also, you can ask queries in Marketplace or particularly in Currency Exchange Section, and upon posting, make sure that you cleared your intentions with your subject and of course the country you reside.

I also found on the Internet that Paxful (https://paxful.com/buy/bitcoin/bangladesh) offers transactions in your place instantly.

You are mixing my personal interest with forum rules. Both are different. I am here to ask which one is the best suit for posting such a thread, mean I am asking what forum rules say.
