Hi fellow Blockchain enthusiasts,

Quick question, which is the most cost effective and reliable exchange to buy Tether using fiat, USD or EUR ?
Binance's fees for USDT/EUR are 2pct which is quite excessive, but it seems to be pretty competitive overall..

Thank you !

From the entire list above, only binance would be suitable for me.

Why would you buy Tether with fiat?
It may be cheaper if it it ERC20 version, but anyway I would not hold that in my portfolio.
Only for short term trading on Binance/Kucoin

I chose binance for purchase. because they support it in my fiat currency, but why do you buy USDT ?, you better buy bitcoin or etherium so you can get the results of exchanging to USDT later if there is an increase in price

If you dont like Binance fees then dont use them. There are so many other exchanges available out there but you could try to instant swap options like shapeshift too if you dont mind going through a KYC.

But there are also exchanges like the ones you posted above and to be honest it is a personal choice.

Polls like these are not trustworthy since we can have a number of newbie accounts vote of one specific exchange to promote it and you will get a biased conclusion. So try them out one by one and see which one suits you the most. What is good for one person may not be good for you.

If you dont like fees then you are gonna have problem with your list. Almost all of these exchanges have same fee using fiat system. Its gonna stay like that for a long time, and of coursr third party sites that affiliated on using this system should have profits using it. We cant really take it out. What I suggest is maybe you can find on your country a servicr that support smaller fee, there is possibly an option aside from the one that you listed. Or just wait for more choices, I believe the adoption is growing and sooner and later, not only these big exchanges can offer fiat to crypto gateway.

Binance has less fee when you buy cryptos with the fiat but the best ever choice will be finding someone on p2p sites who is trusted enough so you no need to pay fees to the exchanges.Avoid using yobit or other shitties.

You have included YoBit to the poll and you shouldn't be thinking of using them directly buying fiat with any crypto that they have. Lots of bad experiences were told in the forum about withdrawals so, don't better to cross them on your list.

You have heard the community and we're all agreeing that your best choice is Binance. It's normal to have charges and that's how they make money so if you think that it's kind of high and you are not convinced, keep checking the other good exchanges.

Here are the details for kraken:
