When I bought tokens it was Rentberry Ltd.....not Inc. I checked and their company is based in Gibraltar and not owned by US entity. So it is standalone company. Not sure SEC will ever look at companies that are not US entities.

One of the biggest crypto failures is at it again. After raising over $20MM worth of ETH and seeing their token holders lose over 99% of their investment, Rentberry is no longer focusing on blockchain and moving onto new victims- reg-CF investors via Wefunder. Rentberry claims over $4 million in revenue in 2019 (revenues from selling their crypto holdings it would seem). But in their audited financials, they're only doing $1,500 a month in real revenue over the past 3 months. What sort of due diligence is Wefunder even doing?

20 million worth of ethereum but are we sure that these money really come from real investors?or majority is coming from their team to make the project look successful ?we have already seen many project like this before so lets not be fooled by this statistics.

Therefore, we must file a complaint with the SEC. Only the SEC can convert BERRY tokens to securities!!! (or refund)

CEO Lyubinskyy deleted the Official Rentberry Investros chat and hides many facts. Therefore, we better contact the SEC.


Renbterry team does not want to help ICO investors. Berry team bans everyone in telegram and twitter, does not respond to email. Only SEC can help us.
