BitKansa is a news site and I think it is only working for adwords or paid ads. On this archive  you can see active ads. On their website there is no information about their so-called token (BKC).

Also they are giving reward for commenting on their another announcement thread.

So obviously it is a scam project.

The project started more then 15 months ago. While there was an inactive website which we can know from several comment of the thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5110573
But accrding to the edited posts their website registered only about 1 months ago. Means 14th months latter of the project started.

It was 2019 ago, but there is a weird thing that the BitKansa account is active on this day.

And, I think we have no proof to accuse them as a scammer because there is no someone who has been cheated by this project's team IMO.

starting post isn't enough to accuse them?

For your kind information, you should know that scam accusation not only happens after the scam even it occurs when there is a probability. According to my starting post it is sure they have no coin/token. And if they have no coin/token then they have no right to offer bounty as we as no right to create post on altcoin announcement section.

Probably they didn't have the money or incentive to renew it and it got dropped and they moved to .live

And yeah, this is pretty lame, probably some 8yo kid thinking of becoming president of an online nation.
