I think you have been here and knowing this forum for long time, but you still not aware from newbies create self moderated topic. Most of them is only scam, and you should provide escrow before trade with someone to prevent this case.

Yea its my mistake actually, I didn't saw the self moderated thread because I was in hurry of buying the item.

I left a flag on his profile, now he cannot scam anyone else. Everyone should be cautious and check thread and trust first before making a deal.
