We have been looking for soundtrack that is related to gambling and casino. Although there are many of it on the list, we don't want to spoil it with lady gaga's poker face. We could either just have an instrumental shape of my heart by sting background or create our own so it won't be blocked in some countries on youtube.

I think it is for the site's use not to be publish on youtube.  He can acquire license for specific music.  All he needs to do is to contact the recording company for the needed license so that he can use that music for his site.

You can just listen to them, and choose what's the best for the theme or concept you will be doing. But since you will be doing a promotion video, for me, it's better to use an instrumental especially if someone is speaking in the video.

Since we don't know the concept and your plan for the video, it's hard to give suggestions that will fit your taste. In the end, you are still the one to choose what music to use. But if you guys have enough time to work on it, you can come up with your own music. You can use it in other promotions and such, not just on Youtube because that's your own music.

Indeed if OP is using youtube platform he can get music from their Youtube Audio Library it is all free but only within the YT platform, even Facebook platform  their Facebook  Sound Collection and is free to use in FB platform.

^ All the suggestions that were mentioned above are already good as long as you wouldn't breach any law like infringement that will be fine if you want to use Lady Gaga's poker face it's not bad at all but for me, I will not buy that for it is not new anymore probably some casinos might have used that yet we just don't have an idea who or what are those. I think it will be better if you will just create a new one because aside from the originality it will also suit your standard and I am pretty sure you also have colleagues that belong to the millennial age bracket which they could also help you on what will be the perfect song that can easily catch their attention. Just pick a good music probably in youtube, contact the channel and let them know that you are going to use their music to avoid getting taken down due to copyright issues and give link credits, that way you'll be fine.

For a you tube channel, you should only use the Music from youtube music library. there is plenty of music available to choose from and it is not copyrighted.
Another option is to compose your own music which is not required because you are  a casino company not a production house. You should focus on how to make your casino more better.

So I think you need to be more creative, and I think you can hire some artist or someone who can create a song that can be matched with the casino. there are copyright money and royalties that you have to spend if you want to use music or songs from major artists, as far as I know, if you don't pay them then you will be sued by their record company. so, making your own soundtrack is much cheaper and safer.

Now I am more on soundcloud, there are good long compilations, I mostly listen jazz, or variation of jazz, house, deep and progressive. Why soundcloud? Simply because youtube is killing me with their ads, when in some moment I get shot in the head with some loud add, that have some yelling or some loud add with some music I don't like. So I decided to move to soundclound, music just flows, no stopping, no ads, just a music you like!

All though its much better if its use for background while some visual arts and graphics with a few subtitles is played on the screen featuring why people should use this site and what exclusive prizes they offer.

I do think you should not put any soundtrack perse , there are specific music being used by the gambling sites all around the world and not even gambling sites but offline casinos .

They have royalties for those soundtracks that they create and if they offer it for free, we still can't change it unless you ask permission to the soundtrack creator just for the approval of any modification to the craft they made.

I'm working with an online casino as marketing personnel and we are working on a video introduction to promote the casino on youtube. That music could be motivating although I don't know what millenials like when gambling, I'm not in that category. But I know that many gamblers including myself  don't like that music is too distracting so that I can focus more on gambling. For this soundtrack to be success, deep, good analysis of target group is needed.

The best thing you can do is making your own soundtrack. Instrumental versions are easy to make or you can always hire someone to do it for you. Using your original soundtrack would actually be better for you since you will be attracting more people if your music is good!

The music maker will consider that the taker is going to be a casino and has the means to pay for its commercial use. But as I see it on many Youtubers and they monetize from the video they make so it can also be considered as a commercial use.

I bet you didn't read what the OP has just posted, how can you be copyrighted if you're just listening to music? I didn't know that their listeners are just limited for those who pay  He's not making videos nor uploading with a random music on youtube, what he just did is that he shared the link from the youtube, how can you be a violator for that?

For me nah, why make your own if you could just find? if you're not really a fan of creating music then you might just ruin your day after listening to your creation, it is easier to find soundtracks that is encouraging or exciting, that way it can boost your mood while playing. My soundtrack while playing is mostly EDM type of music, Skrillex and Marshmello I feel like their music is energizing me whenever I gamble.
