I think that the problem you mentioned is not really a serious problem, it can be solved by purchasing the right to copyright or using music that will not cause copyright problems. When I gamble I prefer to be quiet or didn't have too loud sound to focus especially in card games, but after or before playing I tend to listen before in the soundtrack of the movie hangover where they are in Las Vegas and they got wasted on casino.
