In the first place he should stopped the campaign because I doubt if it will attract investors, it's not beneficial for the project to go on,he cannot wash his hands if the project fail, because he is not doing the right thing, he should lock the thread open it when all things are ready, and let people investigate if this is a good project or not.

That's how I told him in the bounty thread.  Close the thread until the project is not complete. but until  he is not doing that.

The bounty manager is very much unprofessional. The bounty manager even do not know how to upload a file and then keep the link. The link which has been provided can see only from self computer. No one can access the file. The website is on starting phase. Still there is no data. No data available on who.is too about the domain. Just archived the domain for future reference.

That's how I told him in the bounty thread.  Close the thread until the project is not complete. but until  he is not doing that.
It might be happen as you have told after the bounty manager went offline. You have posted about few minutes later of his/her going offline. And still the bounty manager has not come online. You may get a response when the bounty manager read your post.

@BountyDoor

This indeed looks like badly made bounty topic with broken links, info missing etc, but when you are  reporting suspicious project, make sure to follow either Scam Report Format or you can see how others are doing on this board. Make sure to archive what you can, especially bitcointalk threads and website.

For example, this is archived Bounty thread
https://archive.fo/7gihU

And ANN thread
https://archive.vn/6Xzdy

I went and check the bounty thread and i found this notice https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5252718.msg54545665#msg54545665

I think he did listen to you and double checked, I would give the guy the benefit of the doubt really and it has just been hours since it was posted so I would still consider that as a small mishaps.

Upon checking, the thread was close and all link was working aside from the website on which they informed it on the thread. Be sensitive on accusing without proofs.

False accusation to one's  project may give you a red trust. You must delete this unless proven.

We should be responsible on posting things like this.

Of course i will remove it. When  The project will be able to prove itself real. I'm waiting to see it's real. I am more doubt about this project.  Because the project admin doesn't know about their website.  The website cannot provide the website  link. the admin shows me 3 link 3 different time. I also showed that screenshot

Let it be open it should not be deleted, in the Philippines, they are very strict regulation when it comes to crowdfunding since they have taken up the .ph extension and they are located in the Philippines, they should show a lot of certification like DTI, SEC and since they are targetting education they should have a clearance from CHED Commission on Higher Education.

One thing I notice is the phone we never use or do not have the 356, only Malta uses this

I have a bad feeling on this project I come from the Philippines and have not known any ICO Or project that comes in the Philippines except the now-defunct Pesobit, if there is a crowdfunding and a Crypto project coming up it should be covered by our local Cryptocurrency news sites
https://bitpinas.com/ and there should be news locally but there is none and the phone is a big suspect.

OP I think its appropriate to change the title into lighter or more subtle cause your labeled (uncompleted scam) is too much and will damage the reputation of the project if this turns out to be a legit one. If your giving a warning you should use correct words such as suspicious/beware. You can find it suspicious that they lack some vital information such as whitepaper, website, team profile and etc. But we shouldnt judge them too early maybe they just preparing to launch these details.(act when the information or any form of plagiriazed or proven modus are there). Also like @Rikafip said followed the format of proper reporting.

I just saw this post of Wirex Singapore regarding Global Virtual Summit on June 7th that will be joined by legit projects such as Dash and notable SIRIB which is one of the known research business development on the Philippines. The event will be hosted by UnifinityPH. So from there maybe we could vouch the project authencity later on. Not really familiar on eventbrite but I always saw many gatherings or webinar about projects

Hi there, Im from same country too. Youre right, it should be covered by BitPinas as this site usually covered famous news and latest project activity on cryptocurrency Philippines, but as Ive mentioned aboved we dont simply jump into any conclusion regarding scam if there is no valid proof. Anyway will see later on if they pushed through with it.

I appreciate if the team would come out and clear this issue raised by OP for more clarification later on.

I still have a bad feeling with this I want to see AMA and since they are using pictures of the campus,I want to know do they have an agreement with schools, DTI and SEC are hard on Crypto based crowdfunding in the Philippines
All ICO launched in the Philippines are assumed securities as stated by this article

https://www.coindesk.com/philippines-proposed-ico-rules-presume-all-tokens-are-securities

You can find the whole guidelines here set up by the SEC,
http://www.sec.gov.ph/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/2018PressRelease_Draft-ICO-Rules-August-02-2018-1.pdf
we all know as a Filipinos that SEC governs every business entities here

I'd like to see everything they have before they push through with their project and the phone is still a suspect if they are holding office in Ortigas Pasig why they are using Malta-based phone it should have a prefix http://dialcode.org/Asia/Philippines/  Philippines Phone Code: 63

Very interesting after SEC stops the Calata group from holding an ICO
https://business.inquirer.net/244861/sec-stops-cryptocurrency-offering
we have another one I would like to ask is this a security token based on SEC ruling it should be.

can you show us additional information about SEC accreditation like a screenshot I have not read any articles in the business news about this new project in the Philippines if this is legit all credentials should be posted on their website.
