I have seen puzzles like this and with higher prize. If this puzzle or the project wants to get more attention, you might want to add more ETH on the puzzle.
In that case, you'll get the puzzle solvers quickly and will eventually get their attention. Phemex did this but I don't know who actually won their puzzle.

Something doesn't looks fine whit this puzzle, it is hard to know how much is the prize. As we can see on this tweet:
