because im not very used to this forum, so i was not even aware there was a claymore forum, did try to find it quickly now, any chance u can possibly provide me with a link?

Cards 13x Nvidia geforce 1060
If there's nothing in the logs it's not likely a Claymore problem.
I will assume you've double checked all the power connections and that the PSU replacement was
the only change since the rig was working last.
There may be another fault in the system that may have caused the PSU failure, or was caused by the
PSU failure.
Standard fault isolation procedure, remove HW until the fault disappears.
