checking also about some dependencies that may be missing but not confirmed for all of those, once it works ill tell you what exactly had to be changed i need 5-10 min

How restart the server ?   stop and start NPM ?

to restart the server, like rebooting it, it's the normal way

but for the rest to restart the block explorer, all the commands are in the EXPLORER_COMMANDS.txt file i sent in the /root folder
